Refund policy
At ForeverFurever, each personalized piece is made with care and created specifically for you. Because of this, our policy is slightly different from standard retail returns.
Personalized items
All personalized or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production begins.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please email us at support@foreverfurever.org
within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
your order number
clear photos of the item
clear photos of the packaging
After review, we will arrange a free replacement if the issue is confirmed.
Order changes or cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.
Non-personalized items
For eligible non-personalized items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
